Shipping Information
Most of our packages are shipped with FedEx ground service.
Since the Phototron is shipped fully assembled the dimensional size/weight of the Phototron has been assessed by FedEx at a 92-pounds shipping rate for Phototron Models 6 and Original- even though the actual weight is less than 35 pounds, and at 125-pounds shipping rate for Phototron T5, Pro T5, Hybrid and LED models when its Shipped Fully Assembled.
When you order one of our Larger Phototron Unassembled you will Save 50% on the shipping cost.
Notice to all international customers including Hawaii and Alaska, please contact our customer service department at 800-651-2837 or 310-523-2225 to get the correct shipping rates to these destination.
There will be a $25 charge for all returned and unpaid checks.
Customer Service
Our Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied with your Phototron product(s), we will assist you with a prompt exchange, refund, or credit. Federal and State law require that we provide the Notice of Right to Cancel on this receipt. However, Phototron, Inc. offers an additional refund policy beyond that required by law. Phototron will gladly accept product returns for refund (less a 20% restocking fee) or exchange, on all merchandise purchased from Phototron. Returns can be made for up to 60 days after the purchase date if the product is returned in good condition.
This includes the original packaging material, manuals and all other accessories shipped with the original order. All returns must have an RAC (Return Authorization Code) number. To obtain a RAC number, please call Customer Service at (818) 992-0200. Item(s) must still be in the original packaging and shipped back to the address below within 15 days of the return request. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Returns without an RAC number will not be accepted.
No returns allowed on goods damaged from abuse or misuse.
Shipping Costs
Phototron will cover the shipping costs for damaged items or incorrect orders only, but not including partially shipped orders due to stock shortages).
