Attention International Customers: The Phototron can be manufactured to accommodate your specific country (220 voltage or 110 voltage) without the need for a voltage converter or plug adapter. To receive an exact quote send us an E-mail at sales@phototron.com. Please provide the following information in your E-mail:

1. A list of the item(s) your interested in purchasing.
2. Your complete SHIP TO address.
3. Also indicate if you prefer a quote for airmail or standard shipping rate or both.

PHOTOTRON RETURN POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the Phototron for any reason within sixty days (60 days) after the invoice date only if the Phototron is returned in good condition. This includes the original packaging material, manuals, and all other accessories provided by Pyraponic Industries. All returns must have a RAC (Return Authorization Code) number. To obtain a RAC number call our Customer Service Department at (800) 651-2837. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. There is a restocking fee of 10% of the purchase price, and less any missing/damaged components or accessories.

Returns without an RAC number will not be accepted.

PHOTOTRON WARRANTY

All electrical components (excluding light bulbs) are warranted for one year (365 days) for parts and service after the invoice date. All other portions of the assembly, including the physical structure, reflective panels and accessories are warranted for six months (180 days) after the invoice date.

This warranty covers all instances of incorrect assembly or failures to operate properly that could have been prevented before shipping from the factory. Exceptions to this warranty are any failure that occurs because the customer misuses the product from its intended purpose, intentionally, accidentally attempts to modify or make adjustments that are not compatible with the design of the Phototron. Customer is responsible for all shipping & handling charges between manufacture and customer location.
